He was loved and cared for by a gentleman who recently had to move into a nursing home. They were best friends. They spent all their days together in a small apartment, and King Arthur was clearly fed all the snacks he wanted. His owner reached out for help, so we took Arthur into the rescue and placed him in a foster home. He was VERY depressed for a couple weeks, as expected after losing your home and best friend.
