MY STORY: Brilliance is a 6 year old Bichon Frise that was a surrender from a breeding farm and she is a beautiful girl. She’s a lil’ shy but not skittish. These dogs are proud of their status as Velcro dogs, so expect a little less privacy when you adopt one of these nuggets. (It’s totally worth it.) Adopters must be 24 years of age. We can not adopt to families with children under the age of six. We also only adopt in WI, IL, and parts of MN.
