Naomi was found dumped at a hotel in Mississippi laying in a flower bed. People who saw her thought she had been hit by a car but in fact she had been shot in her rear leg, shattering it. In pain and starving, our southern recue partner picked her up and rushed her to the vets. The injury was not new and Naomi has been limping and living in pain for months. Her leg had to be amputated. Naomi's recover has gone well and she is doing great living as a tripod. She loves playing with other dogs and is good with kids. After being mistreated Naomi doesn't hold that against anyone. Naomi is a loving and gentle girl who's sure to snuggle her way into your heart! This affectionate young pup has a playful spirit and a loving nature, always eager to show her humans just how much she cares.
