About Keira
Keira is searching for a new home after a bite incident that happened when she was startled from sleep. While gentle and sweet when meeting people, she needs a kid-free environment where she can feel safe and relaxed. Her energy is mellow and she is as low maintenance as they come—polite indoors, house and crate trained, and great on leash with no reactivity. Keira’s confidence continues to grow, especially with a calm routine and patient support. She's currently working with a trainer, and her adopter will benefit from free training sessions to help everyone get off on the right foot. Keira thrives in calm homes and is fine with other dogs, cats, and even horses. She’s in Riverside County, so adopters should plan to meet her in person there, and a few meet and greets are required to make sure it’s a good fit. Her previous family remains available as a resource and wants only the best for her. Keira’s birthday falls under Pisces—a sign known for its gentle and sensitive nature. What are you waiting for?
