He’s a stunning brindle boy and an absolute gem of a dog. Zak is loyal, smart, and deeply connected to his people. He loves to be close and is happiest when he’s by your side. Despite his size, he is gentle and harmless at heart, with a mid-level energy that makes him a great balance of calm and playful. Zak thrives with clear structure, strong leadership, and consistent boundaries. In the right home, he relaxes beautifully and becomes an incredibly devoted companion. He is sensitive to his environment and does best in a calm, predictable home without a lot of people coming and going. He loves other balanced, confident dogs and does well with proper introductions. With new people, Zak benefits from slow, respectful introductions so he can feel safe and build trust. Zak is crate trained, walks well on leash, and knows recall and place. He is up to date on all vaccines and is neutered. Zak would do best with an experienced owner—ideally someone familiar with large or guardian-type breeds—who can provide the leadership and environment he needs to truly thrive.
