Meet Jasper, a Chihuahua mixed with Jack Russel. He was born on 1/16/26. He loves to play and jump around. He is extremely sweet when it comes to new people and loves when you hold him to your chest and cuddle him. He may be small but he has a huge personality to go along with it.
