Rtia came into SPR after being found as a stray in Boston. She can be shy at first but quickly warms up and then she's all play and snuggles! She is dog friendly and is currently fostered at a doggy daycare. She is learning appropriate puppy manners and she's a quick study! She would love a home of her own who love and care for her!
