Layla has severe skin sensitivities, which means daily lifelong medication, a strict limited-ingredient diet, and weekly medicated baths to keep her feeling her best. She's also missing some fur due to these sensitivities-but we promise, it just adds to her unique charm. Her future family will need to be prepared-emotionally and financially-to continue this care. We also have a detailed report to send along, including known food triggers (like beef and rice) to help set her up for success. And just as important as her medical care: Layla will need her people to go at her pace. She needs a home that respects her boundaries and understands that trust takes time. It may take weeks-or even months-for her true personality to fully shine, but she is so worth the wait. Now for the part you can't put a price on: Layla is so worth it. She's housebroken, crate trained, and wonderfully low-energy. She's the kind of dog who doesn't need constant entertainment; she just wants to exist near you. Her ideal day? A leisurely walk where she can stop and sniff every blade of grass (beagle nose = serious business), followed by her favorite activity: perched on the back of the couch, quietly watching the world go by like it's her personal TV channel.
