Meet Lulu Rue 💕 Lulu Rue's journey hasn't been the easiest--she came to us after being rescued from a high-risk shelter, where she had been found as a stray. Despite her past, this sweet girl has so much love to give... she just needs the right person to help her feel safe. Lulu Rue is looking for an experienced adopter who understands that trust takes time. She can be shy and skittish when meeting new people, but with patience, consistency, and kindness, she will slowly come out of her shell. And once she does? Her playful, loving personality truly shines. She would do best in a home with other dogs, as they help her build confidence and bring out her fun side. A securely fenced yard is also a must, as Lulu Rue can be nervous in new environments and needs a safe space to explore and feel comfortable. Lulu Rue may take a little extra time, but the bond you'll build with her will be incredibly special and rewarding.
