About Gizmo
Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Just like his namesake from "Gremlins," Gizmo is wildly entertaining and full of quirky charm. He is an eight-year-old brown tabby and white boy who adores chasing the elusive red laser dot and anything else he can grab or chase. Gizmo’s former home wasn’t the best fit, as he was described as "territorial" around other cats and dogs, so he’s hoping for a place where he can be the king of his castle. His athletic spirit shines—he loves to climb and explore and would truly appreciate a tall cat tree to call his own. Gizmo is the definition of affection, always eager to curl up between your legs as you relax or settle down for the night. He is incredibly friendly with people, but can get overwhelmed around young children. He’ll thrive in a home where his energetic nature is channeled through play, preferably with plenty of interactive toys and perhaps supervised outdoor adventures on a leash or harness. Churu treats are high on his list of favorites, and he is happiest lounging beside his person, wrapped in a cozy blanket. Pisces cats like Gizmo are known for their sweet, intuitive nature! Give him a chance and he’ll be your snuggly, playful companion for years to come. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
