Oscar is just starting to learn the basics of being a family dog. He is working on potty training, crate training, and getting used to a routine in his foster home. Wilder Souls Rescue requires a $100 deposit in addition to the adoption fee, along with a strictly enforced Spay/Neuter Contract that states you must have this dog altered within 6 months of adoption.
