Meet Liberty 🐾 Liberty is an 8-week-old pittie mix from Calhoun County, South Carolina who is ready to start her new life. She and her sister Luna were found as strays and rescued before life on the streets could get any harder. Liberty is the definition of puppy sweetness. She is loving, curious, and always ready for a cuddle. This little girl enjoys being close to her people and will happily settle in for naps after a good play session. At only eight weeks old, Liberty is just beginning to learn what life as a family dog looks like. She will need a home ready to guide her through puppy basics like potty training, crate training, and learning her first commands. Liberty will arrive in New York on March 21 and is looking for a foster-to-adopt home where she can land safely and grow into the amazing dog she is meant to be. This typically includes: * Full health exam * Deworming * Core vaccines (Bordetella, DHPP series, Rabies) * Microchipping * Monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention IMPORTANT: This dog has not yet been altered. Wilder Souls Rescue requires a $100 deposit in addition to the adoption fee, along with a strictly enforced Spay/Neuter Contract that states you must have this dog altered within 6 months of adoption. The $100 deposit will be returned once the contract has been fulfilled.
