Booker T Lab / Rottweiler mix (breed guessed) Puppy • ~30 lbs and growing Booker T is the total package: smart, affectionate, adventurous, and extremely committed to lap time despite his rapidly increasing size. Booker originally entered our program at just 2 months old with a broken back leg. After spending time in a splint and receiving lots of care, he has made a full recovery. Today, you would never know he was ever injured. He enjoys hiking trails, exploring outdoors, and playing fetch both inside and outside. He is doing very well with house training when kept on a regular schedule. Booker already knows sit and stay and waits patiently for permission before eating his meals. He is currently working on mastering “lay down” and continues to learn quickly. Booker loves people and especially enjoys children. He is gentle with babies and very affectionate with his family. Because he was carried frequently while healing as a young puppy, he still happily climbs into laps and enjoys being close to his people. He would do well in a home that enjoys outdoor time, play, and continued training as he grows into a confident companion.
