Kylo is a 2 year and 2 month old neutered male Australian Cattle Dog / Blue Heeler and Rottweiler mix with a tricolor (brown, black, & white) coat. He is house trained and vaccinated. Kylo is currently in Denver, CO, searching for his forever home.

About Kylo

Kylo was rescued from a tough situation in a high-kill shelter in San Antonio, Texas, where he was nearly euthanized after being attacked by another dog. Since leaving the shelter, he’s had time to decompress in a foster home and rediscover his footing. Kylo starts out shy around new people but, with trust, turns into a loving, affectionate companion. He enjoys playtime with other dogs and would really thrive in a home with a confident canine friend to help him build trust and confidence. Kylo is still in Texas for the moment, waiting for a foster or foster-to-adopt home so he can start his life in Colorado. If you’re looking for a gentle, loyal companion who appreciates a patient touch, Kylo could be the one. He’s house trained and dog friendly, and his ideal adopter is someone who values gentle guidance and is ready for the fun and challenges of helping a sensitive dog blossom. Kylo is an Aries, so expect a spark of determination once he feels at home. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
