Ronnie is a quiet, sensitive guy who loves to be near his people. In fact, he loves to be so close to his people, that he's recently started sleeping curled on his foster's head while she sleeps! Ronnie is neutral around other dogs and does great in the car as well as on the leash. This guy is about 5 years old and is a little on the chonky side, so he could stand to lose a few pounds. He was a good boy during his recent grooming appointment too! Ronnie's quirk is that he appreciates giving consent when being picked up and being picked up gently. If picked up too hurriedly, he will yelp a little. His foster family is paying close attention to see if the yelp is caused by pain or if he's vocalizing his preferences. This shy soul came to us from a local shelter where his previous caretakers brought him in and requested that he be euthanized. Despite having to adjust to a whole new household, Ronnie's been brave and continues to seek out affection.
