**AVAILABLE FOR FOSTER TO ADOPT**ADOPTION AFTER FULLY VETTED Gris – 4 years old | 17 lbs Gris is a striking gray girl with a big personality and very clear opinions about the world. She arrived at the shelter after her owner could no longer keep her. Big changes have been a lot for her, and Gris is taking things slowly while she settles in. She’s a thoughtful, observant cat who prefers to watch and decide for herself when she’s comfortable. She isn’t the type to leap into anyone’s arms, but she has started accepting some attention from people she’s getting to know. One of our staff members has already begun to earn her trust, which shows that with patience and a calm approach Gris is capable of building connections. Gris will likely do best in a quieter home with someone who understands that some cats simply take time to feel safe and settle into new surroundings. Gris was previously spayed and had a current rabies vaccine. We are working with her at her pace to update the rest of her vetting in the least stressful way possible.
