Meet Arlo! Arlo is a 1 and a half year old neutered Husky mix. This little man may look familiar to you! Arlo first arrived at our shelter at the end of 2024 as a puppy with his three siblings. He was adopted out, but sadly that home was not a good fit for him. He is now back at the shelter hoping for a second chance at forever! Arlo is a very active and happy boy. He's still young enough to have plenty of puppy energy to keep you going. He would really benefit from a home with the free time to keep him entertained. Arlo was returned to us due to not always getting along with his owner's grandkids and other pets. Arlo is showing signs of resource guarding, and doesn't always like to share. He would get along with the other dogs most of the time, but when food or his favorite toys were involved he would get upset. He would also snip at people if they tried to take his food away. Because of this, we will not be adopting him out to a home with small children for safety. If you do have any pets in the home, they should be fed separate from Arlo and toy time should be supervised. This bubble and happy boy is ready to go to his forever home!
