Tuna
AvailableTuna is a redbone coonhound with a short red and chestnut coat. She is a spayed female, approximately 6 years and 2 months old, and is currently in Millerstown, PA. Tuna is house trained and up to date on her vaccinations. With her medium build, sweet personality, and lack of special needs, she’s an easy fit for many adopters.
About Tuna
Tuna found herself needing a new place to land after a change in her previous home situation. She came in with her male buddy Po'Boy, who’s looking for a family too. Tuna has a mild, friendly soul and handles herself well on a leash. She’s house trained, which makes daily life with her a bit easier. She gets along well with other dogs and might fit in with a household that already has one. Tuna hasn’t lived around cats, so she’d need some testing to see how she’d handle feline housemates. She hasn't interacted with kids in the past, but would likely do fine with respectful, well-mannered children based on her temperament. Tuna is about 6 years old and weighs around 52 lbs. She’s vocal—she likes to chat if you’re ignoring her—but it’s just her way of asking for attention. She’s sweet-natured, loyal, and always ready for a walk or time spent with her people. Her birthday is March 11, so she’s a Pisces—these dogs are usually gentle and intuitive. Tuna is ready to meet someone who will appreciate all she brings to the family. Ready to fall in love?
