Penn is approximately 10 months old and is neutered and up to date on vaccines. He is a handsome boy who just needs a minute to warm up to strangers. He loves to be scratched and petted and get head rubs! He would love to get adopted with his brother Teller, but he would be ok with another cat friend too!
