About Kya

Click apply to start the adoption process. Kya is a sweet, affectionate, and extremely high-energy fluffball! Although she may initially appear calm, this little girl loves to run, play, and move as much as possible. She came to Cameron Animal Rescue as a young kitten with a severe eye infection, but thanks to intensive care, she has fully recovered. The slight scar on her eye occasionally causes some tearing, but it doesn't bother her and is not an active infection. Kya is now completely healthy and looking for a loving home to call her own. This active young cat is FeLV/FIV negative and comes with a complete package of care, including fecal testing, full deworming, her FVRCP (distemper) and Rabies vaccines series, her spay, a microchip, and 30 days of free insurance. Kya's best buddy is Mati, and they are truly a perfect match for each otherโ€”full of energy, playfulness, and love for wrestling! Though both get along with other cats, it takes just the right companion to keep up with their antics. While Kya hasn't been tested with dogs yet, a dog test can be requested. Kya and Mati are bonded best friends and must be adopted together. They are ideally suited for an active household with plenty of time and enthusiasm for play and engagement. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
