About Coconut N
Lets make it official, apply to adopt! Coconut is a big, handsome boy who absolutely knows it! After his previous owner passed away, Coconut arrived at Cameron Animal Hospital and has found the transition quite stressful. He is ready to find a new, loving home where he can truly relax and be treated like the prince he is. At around 9 years old, Coconut is healthy, FeLV/FIV negative, fecal tested, preventatively dewormed, and fully vaccinated with FVRCP (distemper) and rabies shots. He sometimes gets overstimulated and may become reactive, so an experienced cat owner familiar with reading feline cues would make the perfect match to help him decompress and feel safe. Coconut has lived with another cat before and reportedly got along well, but in the hospital environment, the presence of other cats and dogs has been a significant stressor. Because of this, he will thrive best as an only pet. He should also not be placed in a home with young children due to occasional reactivity. Despite the stress he is experiencing, Coconut is very friendly and affectionate toward people—he loves being petted, adores human attention, and especially enjoys tasty treats.
