Gordon is a lot... 🤣 but in the best way. He is full of personality, energy, and unconditional love. He can be a bit of an escape artist, and sometimes he likes to let the other dogs know he thinks he is the boss. He loves our cat and sheep, and he loves most people and most dogs. As for un-neutered male dogs. Gordon is not a fan, lol. ⚠️ He will charge a 100lb male dog with balls... no a single regret haha! We are looking for someone with experience handling high-energy small dogs. Think Jack Russell energy in a tiny little body 🤣 We absolutely LOVE Gordon. He has been in our foster home for almost 4 months. He has attended training classes and really loves to learn. Like most smart, active dogs, when he is not being challenged, exercised, or mentally engaged, he gets bored and starts looking for trouble... kind of like a toddler. Gordon loves snuggling in bed and watching TV, but he can also run and play in the backyard with his foster siblings for over 7 hours straight! He does best with smaller, friendly dogs. We had 3 dogs he did not like at first, but after some time and patience, they worked it out and now they are best friends! More than anything, Gordon needs someone who will help him feel safe, build trust, and ***show him that he will never be abandoned again*** He is absolutely worth the time, patience, and love it will take.
