About Nova

Nova stands out with her curious mix of German Shepherd and Husky traits, and she hasn’t quite grown into her giant, goofy paws. At almost two years old, you get the best of both worlds: eager to play and socialize with other dogs, but just as happy settling in by your side—whether you’re working or relaxing. Nova has a special place in her heart (and her routine) for kids, cats, and other dogs. She responds well to basic commands, though she has a mischievous streak and might steal a countertop snack if you’re not looking. She’s diabetic and will need insulin and a consistent meal routine, so she’s looking for someone comfortable with a bit more responsibility, or at least willing to learn. A predictable, caring home where routine comes easy will let Nova shine. She returns that extra care with fierce loyalty—wherever you are, she’ll likely be, always ready to be your quiet companion. Give her commitment, and she’ll give you devotion in spades. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
