Zebulon—or Zeb, as he's called—brings together the best of both boxer and German shepherd personality. At nearly two years old, he's still a giant puppy at heart, bright-eyed and eager for affection. His yellow-tan and brindle coat gives him a one-of-a-kind look. Zebulon landed as a stray, but didn’t let that dim his spirit, and has been all smiles since arriving in Millerstown, PA. He thrives on movement and is especially fond of running or splashing around in a pool. Zebulon's picking up leash manners, and he’s working through sit, calm, and paw commands. He’s friendly with other dogs around the house, enjoys play and snuggle time, and gets along well with cats, too. Because of his high energy, Zebulon does best around older children—he could easily bowl over the little ones. He needs someone with experience in dog training, ready to help him channel his enthusiasm and mature into the solid companion he’s meant to be.
