About Bella
Bella, a lively 3-year-old shepherd/mixed breed, brings a spark of energy wherever she goes. At around 75 pounds, she thrives on daily activity—whether she's sprinting after toys or joining her humans for walks and runs. Despite her athletic side, Bella has a gentle, affectionate nature. She bonds quickly with kids and has enjoyed time being brushed and cuddled by both teens and younger children in her foster home. Eager to be near people, Bella greets newcomers with joy and confidently asks for attention. She picks up commands quickly, already knowing sit, hands, house, wait, and stay. Bella has made good strides in house training, especially when people are nearby. She still needs help feeling secure when left alone, so she'd do best with someone who works from home or spends a lot of time around the house. Bella loves to play and craves connection, but she won’t be a match for homes with cats. Bella is currently being fostered in Washington, DC. Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin!
