✨ Meet Vixen ✨ Some dogs find their way to us… and some dogs quite literally crash the party. Vixen’s story is one we won’t forget anytime soon. Months ago, we rescued a litter of puppies (you might remember her brothers 👀). Fast forward to recently, and a young pup was dropped off at our southern partner’s vet office with a wound on her belly. Her “owners” said they’d be back. They never came. But Vixen? She stayed. And she healed. And she charmed every single person who walked through that clinic. For a few weeks, she made herself right at home at the vet’s office, soaking up care, getting stitched up, spayed, and fully vetted. Somewhere along the way, it became pretty clear… this girl wasn’t just any stray. She looked very familiar. Turns out, she was the missing piece. The long-lost sister. Now Vixen is here in Massachusetts and ready for her next chapter… one that includes a forever family who actually deserves her. At about 4 months old and ~20 lbs, Vixen is everything you want in a puppy. Sweet, resilient, playful, and already showing how well she can adapt to new environments. She’s been through more than most puppies her age, but you’d never know it. She’s all tail wags, curious eyes (yes, one of them is that stunning blue 💙), and a heart that is so ready to trust. Also- her belly wound is healed! You can barely see a scar! She’s the kind of dog that makes you stop and go, “Wait… how did no one come back for her?” Their loss. Truly.
