Lucy needs a home! Lucy is an estimated 3 year old mixed breed perfect pooch. I mean, those eyes!! If those don't say, 'love me', we don't know what does. She was saved from the euthanasia list in Texas, pregnant and horribly neglected. For the past 6 weeks, Lucy has been working hard being the best mom to three beautiful puppies who are ready to find families of their own now. She coat is growing back in- she is physically and emotionally recovering from all she's been through. While we don’t know much about before she landed in the shelter, we do know is that she is a great dog! Lucy is calm, sweet, and waiting for her forever. She is potty trained and does incredibly well on a leash. She has started opening up and showing us her playful side too! She is cat friendly, and would likely do well with a mellow canine friend to show her the way in a new home, and to play with when the time comes. Can you give Lucy her happily ever after?
