Since then, he has settled into home life and has shown himself to be a sweet, devoted companion who loves being close to his person. He enjoys spending time outside, relaxing near his people, and soaking up attention. Riggs forms strong bonds with the people he trusts and has a big heart. He would do best in a home where he can get consistent companionship, structure, and love. This has been an incredibly difficult decision, but due to a sudden change in my housing situation I am no longer allowed to keep a dog in my building.
