Ben is a sweet little guy whose favorite place to be is right next to (or on top of!) his people. He loves to snuggle on the couch or in bed and is happiest when he's touching you, either curled up in your lap or gently leaning against you. His foster family calls him a "snuggle bug" and it couldn't be more accurate once he warms up. Ben recently had one of his eyes removed, and he's been handling it like a champ. It doesn't slow him down one bit and he gets around just fine and is just as loving, curious, and cozy as ever. He previously lived with other dogs, and is currently living with a dog in his foster home as well. He's happy to hang out together and be part of whatever's going on, often following his people and dog friend around just to stay in the loop. He enjoys a good toy now and then, but he's more of a chill companion than a high-energy pup. Don't worry if you're not a morning person. While others might be knocking down your door for breakfast, Ben prefers to sleep in, take his time getting up, and ease into his day. Once he's up, he'll slowly snack on breakfast, head outside, and then get back to what he does best: lounging somewhere cozy (bonus points for blankets). Ben is an easygoing, affectionate little dog who loves to be near his people, whether it's snuggling on the couch or quietly following you around the house.
