Jasper is an outgoing, small Shih Tzu/Yorkie mix, about 3 years old, with a soft blond and white coat that comes in a wiry, Yorkie-like texture. He was sprung from animal control just in time, and now he’s eager for his own family. Weighing in at a manageable 18 lbs, Jasper is as cuddly as he is playful.
