About Frankly
If you're looking for a giant, fluffy shadow, meet Frankly. This 2-year-old Great Pyrenees mix has the snuggle instinct down to an art—sofa, bed, or hallway, Frankly believes there’s always time for affection. His nature is gentle and he thrives in close contact with people, including children. Frankly is also friendly with other dogs and would do best with a canine sibling to share his days. He’s more into gentle wrestling and those patented Pyr-butt pushes than chase games, and he’s never met a hug he didn’t like. House training is solid, and he's eager to please. Frankly is still polishing his crate manners and working on tempering those instincts to patrol at night. He will pull hard on leash, especially when he spots a cat or a squirrel, so an adopter will need patience for leash training. Car rides intimidate him, but that’s another skill he’s practicing. You’ll need a secure yard for Frankly—he’s an explorer at heart and will find an escape route if one exists. Framed by his striking white and cream coat with black highlights, Frankly is smart, sensitive, and wants nothing more than a loving, cat-free family who will let him lean right in and be part of the pack.
