Bosco
AvailableBosco is a 2-year, 10-month-old neutered male American Bulldog mix with a short black and white coat, currently living in Mansfield, OH. He is fully house trained, up to date on vaccinations, and thrives in active settings. Bosco does best as the only dog in the home and is not suitable for households with cats, but he’s known to get along well with children.
About Bosco
Bosco landed with us along with a kitten after his former owner entered hospice. He’s a young, short-coated American Bulldog mix who can’t help but try to make friends with everyone he meets. Bosco is eager to please and practically bounces when he greets new people, but that excitement means his manners sometimes go out the window—especially around other dogs. Shelter life winds him up, so he’d be best as the only dog at home for now. He genuinely wants animal buddies, but gets overly focused around cats; his last home had to bring him back because he just couldn’t leave the family cat alone. On the upside, Bosco did great with their small child. He’s bursting with playfulness and really suits an active household ready for daily exercise and games. Give him consistent guidance and calm energy, and he’ll settle into a routine just fine. If you’ve got kids familiar with medium-sized dogs and want a loyal, goofy new companion, Bosco could be your match. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
