Meet Key Lime Pie, the little cutie who is ready to add some tang to your life! At just 8 months old and a perfectly huggable 26 pounds, Key Lime Pie is a small package with a whole lot of personality. She's a little firecracker looking for a home to light up! Key Lime Pie was brought into Chicago Animal Care and Control as a stray, and when no one claimed her we took her in as soon as her hold was up. What really caught our attention were those ears you see taking up 2/3 of the frame in her photos. That and her adorable attempts at smiling for the camera...those little teef! Key Lime Pie is spunky, playful, and full of life. She is the perfect combination of sweet (look at those eyes!) and sassy. Like all 8-month-old pups, she is a work in progress, but her she approaches training with enthusiasm...mainly because there are treats involved! Key Lime Pie has done well meeting dogs and would likely do great with another playful dog but would be just as happy as an only dog getting all the attention.
