Clark is a handsome 2-year-old red and white Australian Shepherd weighing 47.9 pounds, ready to find his forever home! He is neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated, so he’s all set to make a smooth transition into his new family. Clark is a happy, affectionate boy who loves being around people and thrives on companionship. He gets along well with other dogs, cats, and children, making him a great addition to a variety of households. Clark is a high-energy dog who will do best with an active family that can keep up with his playful spirit. He absolutely loves to run, go for long walks, and spend his days playing and exploring. A large, securely fenced yard would be ideal for him to burn off energy, and he would also be an excellent candidate for a farm setting where he can put his natural herding instincts to good use. His intelligence and drive mean he’ll flourish in an environment that provides both physical exercise and mental stimulation. While Clark does well with children, his energetic nature can sometimes lead to him accidentally knocking over smaller kids, so a home with children aged 6 and up would be the best fit. He is crate trained and would benefit from continued use of a crate during his transition into a new home to help him feel secure and establish a routine.
