This handsome 5-year-old tabby is a big guy with an even bigger personality. Randall is incredibly affectionate and loves attention — in fact, he’s usually the first cat to greet you when you walk into our free-roaming cat room. Staff and volunteers know him well because he’s quick to say hello, soak up pets, and occasionally hog all the attention for himself. Randall is currently living peacefully with the other cats in our free-roam room and has been doing great with his feline roommates. He’s also shown plenty of curiosity about dogs walking past the room, often coming right up to the glass to check them out, so a calm, cat-savvy dog may be a good match for him. Randall came to us after an incident where a young child startled him while he was hiding under a bed. Because of that, we think he would do best in a home with older, cat-savvy kids who understand how to give a cat space when needed. Otherwise, Randall has been nothing but sweet and social with everyone he meets here. If you’re looking for a friendly, affectionate cat who will greet you at the door and happily keep you company, Randall might be your guy.
