Slug is a 13-week-old brown tabby kitten who is still figuring out this whole “people are nice” thing. Right now he’s definitely on the shy side and prefers to take life at his own pace… which, if his name didn’t give it away, is not exactly lightning fast. Slug isn’t totally convinced that treats are the answer to everything yet. What he does have, however, is a little bit of spicy personality mixed in with all that shyness. He’s the kind of kitten who might give you a skeptical look first before deciding whether you’re worthy of his friendship. The good news? Kittens like Slug often blossom beautifully once they realize the world isn’t so scary. We think he would do best in a home with a confident, friendly cat who can show him the ropes and help him build some courage. Slug may be slow to trust, but with patience, kindness, and a calm home, we think this shy little tabby has the potential to grow into a loyal and entertaining companion.
