At just about a year old and 69 pounds, this pitbull mix is a bundle of energy, personality, and pure fun. Hudson Meatball is always ready to go, whether it’s playtime, walk time, or just zooming around showing off his goofy side. Because of his size and enthusiasm, he’d do best in a home with older kids who can keep up with his zest for play. He’s house trained with regular potty breaks and is a smart guy who’s ready to keep learning with his new family. Hudson Meatball is neutered and up to date on all his medical care, so he’s all set to head home. With a proper meet and greet, he could do well with the right canine companion. As for cats, we’re not quite sure what he thinks of them yet. Since many of our adoptable dogs are in foster homes, appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our dogs/puppies are current on vaccinations (DHPP and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, heartworm tested and current on preventative, microchipped, treated for fleas/ticks and are spayed or neutered. Our large dog adoption fee is generally $175 + tax. Our small dog and puppy adoption fee is generally $300+ tax. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Due to space limitations, we do not hold dogs. Because we are on a busy street, we require that all dogs leaving the shelter be in a carrier or on leash. All pets remain up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee paid.
