Meet Toby! Toby is a very loving and playful guy. He was put out on the street by his former owners when they no longer wanted to care for him and his sister, Billie. Toby seems to have been a victim of Single Kitten Syndrome, so he doesn’t seem to have learned any manners when he was a baby. He is extremely playful with both humans and other cats, but doesn’t seem to understand that he can sometimes be way too rough for them. Toby acts like a kitten and doesn’t realize his size! He would do well in a home with older children and potentially another extremely playful cat that doesn’t seem to mind rough play.
