Meet Patsy Cline, a sweet shy little girl who is coming out of her shell every day. At first, she is timid, but warms up quickly. She is roughly four months old and weighs approximately 35 pounds. Our best guess is a Labrador Retriever mix. She plays well with her brother and foster siblings and enjoys being outside. Currently, she is learning how to walk on a leash. Located in Houston, Texas.
