About Queen

Queen has come a long way since being found in rural Florida with a group of Rottweilers. She’s finding her confidence at her foster home in Biloxi, learning the ropes of what it means to be a dog. Queen now happily answers to her regal name, especially when toys are involved—her current favorite is a BARK BOX sushi fish that she energetically retrieves and guards with a bit of understandable zeal. She’s crate trained and communicates well when she needs to go outside. Sharing toys and food with other dogs can still be a challenge for her, but she’s making steady progress with positive reinforcement and redirection. Queen gets along with most dogs unless food or highly prized toys are in play, and she isn’t comfortable around cats. Although still playful and spunky, Queen loves her downtime and settles in for cuddles and stuffed animal snuggles. At seven years old, she is ready for a forever home that will honor her royal status and continue the patient, loving care she’s received. Fun astrology note: with a birthday of May 15, Queen is a Taurus—the sign known for loyalty and enjoying life’s comforts. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
