Nim is a gorgeous and lovely girl. She appears to be a lab mix (likely lab and Great Pyrannese) and is about 3 -4 years old as best as we can tell. She is about 90 pounds. She and her sister Oreo had been living in a home with lots of activity- 2 other very large breed dogs, two toddlers and chickens loose in the yard. They were not fazed by any of that. She recently came into the FR program and has been a delight. She has a calm demeanor, is friendly with other dogs (non- reactive), is easy going and very sweet. She is a nice mix of a dog who loves to be pet and be near her person, but is happy to just sit outside by herself and watch nature. She has a very regal vibe about her. She is great on a leash and enjoys a nice morning hike in her foster home. She sleeps quietly all night and goes to the door when she needs a potty break. After living in her home for 3 years, she was understandably confused her first days in a foster home. But she blossomed after a few days and quickly understood the routine. She's a loving dog. Just as sweet as can be. And very smart. She would likely do best in a fenced in yard and another dog friend would be a bonus we think. But truly, her biggest focus is her people, and that is a very good temperament quality to have in a dog. She loves a person hard and we are looking for someone who loves a large breed dog that will definitely be your best friend -for the rest of her life. Did we mention how sweet and calm she is?
