Ty is a handsome 15-year old male kitty who was brought to the HSOV on February 26, 2026 for a very sad reason because his mistress had passed away recently. Ty and his nine housemates (Babe, Cotton, Kiki, Peanut, Simba, Sweetie Bell, Tj, Yeller, and Zoey) were very much loved. They cannot understand why they lost the freedom of their home and are now in small cages while they wait for new homes of their very own. Ty has a gray tabby short-haired coat, a long ringed tail, and an adorable face with golden eyes, a dusting of white on his muzzle, a gray velvet nose, and long white whiskers. This senior citizen defies the chronological age on his kennel card and was a joy to photograph while he scampered around his cage. Ty has a sweet, rather shy, personality. Ty was given vaccinations, flea treatment, and Drontal dewormer on February 28, 2026. He weighs 7.7 lbs. These photos were taken on March 4th 2026 when HSOV Volunteer Wendy Irvin and HSOV Kennel Techs Lauryn Hamilton and Madison Lee assisted Ty and his companions with their first photos. Ty enjoyed attention while he posed for his Petfinder/Facebook pictures. Ty has already been neutered, so he could leave our shelter immediately with an approved HSOV adoption application. Ty is ready to find another loving home~
