About Summer
Meet Summer, sometimes called Mama Summer, who just finished raising her litter of five puppies and is finally ready for a home of her own. She arrived at the rescue heavily pregnant, won everyone over right away, and despite all sheās been through, her sweet nature hasnāt faded a bit. All her pups are spoken for except Blondie, but now itās Summerās turn to find a family. Staff donāt know how she is with kids since she was quite protective of her litter, but she does get along with other dogs. Summer has a soft, apricot-colored short coat and a calm, gentle energy. Sheās recently spayed and up to date on her vaccinations. Her DNA results are available if youāre curious about her mix. Summer is house trained and looking for stability after devoting herself to her pups. If you think sheās your match, youāll get a loyal and affectionate friend. Ready to meet your new best friend?
