About Poncho
They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Poncho would thrive in a single-family home (no apartments, please) where there is already a playful dog close to his size and energy level—no large breed companions for this little guy! Poncho is a sweet and lively 8-pound, 1.5-year-old chiweenie who brings fun to every moment and would love a home where playtime never stops. He is friendly, affectionate, and loves people, showing all the signs of a wonderful temperament. He would be happiest in a family with another young, active pup for him to romp with. Poncho currently lives with a foster who works from home, and he does best in a similar environment, as he prefers not to be left alone for long periods. Poncho is at the perfect stage for training and is impressively smart—his adopter should have the time and enthusiasm to help him become a great canine companion. He has received deworming, flea treatment, and his first round of vaccines, and will be neutered and microchipped for adoption. Poncho may be small, but he is sure to fill your heart and your home with joy. Start your journey together! Apply now.
