Meet Patches! 🤍 Patches has reportedly lived life on the streets for sometime. When a good Samaritan found this very sweet kitty, they took her in. They very quickly realized she needed some medical care and they weren’t able to provide it for her, so they surrendered her to ACCT to get her the help she needed. When we pulled Patches from the euthanasia list, we knew she needed help right away. She was suffering from severe stomatitis and was in desperate need of a full dental extraction. Patches underwent surgery to remove all of her teeth so she could finally live without the constant pain she had been enduring. She is now recovered and ready for her next chapter. Patches is about 8 years old and truly one of the sweetest cats you will ever meet. All she wants in the world is love, attention, and a cozy place to relax. When she was surrendered, it was reported that she was not getting along with the other cat in the home. However, in her foster home she has been cat-friendly. We think she would do just fine living with another laid-back cat, or even a calm dog, if given a proper, slow introduction. She should have her own space to acclimate for the first few weeks if you have other pets in the home. She would be perfectly happy as an only pet as well! After everything she’s been through, this girl deserves the happiest ending. We would love nothing more than to have her forever home lined up and waiting for her.
