Flounder is a 1-year-old, 17 lb male who looks like he may be a Schnauzer mix, with the scruffy good looks and expressive face to match. He’s fully vetted and currently settling into a foster home in Alsip. Flounder is a young, happy, and friendly little guy who enjoys the company of other dogs. Like many dogs who have had a rough start, he has a touch of anxiety while he adjusts to new situations, but once he feels safe his playful and affectionate personality really starts to shine. Flounder would do best with a patient family willing to give him a little time to settle in and show him what a stable home feels like. He also has a soft, scruffy coat that will require regular grooming to keep him looking and feeling his best.
