About Pheobe

This girly gets along with everybody, small chihuahuas in her fosters house to even the puppies over the weekend at events and other adult dogs. She definitely wants to play like there is no tomorrow. She does have a resource guarding to treats and probably to food, so separate feeding his a must. Which could be different areas of the house or in a kennel or even closed off room.
