Whimzy is a goofy girl who arrived at PACC as a stray. She was pretty confused about the whole leash thing at first, but this gal is SUPER smart and eager to please. In no time flat, she was walking on leash and snuggling up to her volunteer friends. Whimzy needs a little bit of help building confidence, but this girl is all heart and has so much love to share!! During a brief foster stay she was a quiet, observant girl who kept an eye on her surroundings. She did well with the resident dog, slept in a crate at night, and was well behaved when left home alone. She was also reportedly house trained and was described as sweet, spunky, a great listener, and “an amazing baby”! Here’s what one staff member at the shelter said: “Whimzy was very excited to see me when I entered the kennel. She was a bit shy but was much more comfortable when I crouched down to her level. She gave lots of kisses and loved to lean into me. She walked well to the yard and greeted the people. She was very curious and loved treats!” Whimzy shares her kennel with another PACC pup and has been playful and social when meeting other dogs in playgroup.
