Franky is a high-spirited and affectionate mixed Catahoula Leopard Dog/Boxer in Chandler, AZ. He really throws his heart into everything—playtime, walks or just hanging out on the couch. Franky’s goofy side shines through when he’s chasing after birds or lounging with you in front of the TV. He’s both obedient and eager to please, already knowing basic commands and happily following leash manners on walks. Crate training and being housebroken are second nature to him, and he’s become quite the pro at car rides, too. Franky’s a quick learner and would thrive with an adopter interested in teaching him new tricks or skills. He enjoys water and is learning to swim but is just as happy relaxing on the Baja step after a walk. While he loves his outings, Franky is selective with other dogs—introductions must be slow, ideally with a trainer’s guidance. Homes with cats or children aren’t a fit for him.
