About Franky
Click apply to start the adoption process. Franky is brimming with personality—a playful, cuddly companion who loves going for walks or runs and being by your side. With his goofy yet obedient nature, Franky is leash trained, knows basic commands, and thrives on learning new tricks and skills, making training a fun bonding experience for both of you. He enjoys lounging at home (even watching TV!), is both housebroken and crate trained, and finds joy in silly pursuits like chasing birds or catching flies. Franky loves playing with water from a hose, though he's still warming up to swimming. While he can be selective with other dogs, slow and proper introductions with the help of a trainer can help him adjust. His response to cats is still unknown, and a home without children is recommended due to his insecurity and occasional fearfulness, which can affect his stress and confidence. Franky will need an experienced adopter who understands fearful dogs and can provide a calm, consistent environment. For Franky's well-being, it's important that no strangers, family, or neighbors enter the home or yard during his adjustment period; kennel training from day one is a must. The rescue’s trainer will support introductions and provide professional training to ease Franky’s transition, offering additional sessions for confidence-building as needed. With the right support, Franky is set up for a successful, loving future. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
