Maizel is a 6-7 year old mixed breed sweetheart who truly never meets a stranger. She's affectionate, friendly, and especially adores kids-honestly, she seems to love them even more than adults! She was surrendered due to a family change, not because of anything she did, and she's been nothing but loving with people. Maizel is housebroken, crate trained, and does well when left alone. She rides great in the car, walks nicely on a leash, and knows her basic commands. She loves attention, cuddles, and playtime-especially with toys and balls. Her foster says she's a puppy at heart who would love a home with kids and space to play. Maizel would do best as the only dog in the home and needs a no-cat household due to her strong prey drive. A secure, sturdy fence is also important, as she has been known to jump chain-link fences if she spots small animals. She can be startled by loud noises but continues to make great progress and settles well in calm, loving environments. Maizel is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative, and on prevention. She's ready to find a stable home where she can feel safe, loved, and be the loyal, fun-loving companion she was meant to be.
